By visiting the Refuge, I commit to:
✔ Plan my departure. Check difficulty (https://www.barilochetrekking.com, https://www.nahuelhuapi.gov.ar/ ZonaSur, https://www.nahuelhuapi.gov.ar/ZonaNorte), climatic conditions (https://www.windguru.cz), avalanche risk (reporte CIAV) and make the trekking registration (Form PNNH).
✔ Walking and camping on durable surfaces. Camping and hiking in designated sites and camping in established locations helps reduce our impact.
✔ Return with all the garbage that I generate and that I could find.
✔ Leave the place as I found it, so others can enjoy it!
✔ To go to the bathroom in the forest, stay away from the path (20 meters) and from courses and water bodies (60 meters); bury the excrement in a hole 20 cm deep, and return with used toilet paper and wipes, in a bag.
✔ Respect wildlife and the natural environment. Do not approach animals, nor feed them, nor take plants from their habitat.
✔ Be considerate of other visitors.
✔ Do not make fire.
✔ Do not use speakers on the trail or when camping.
✔ Camping in permitted places.
✔ Do not wash pots or dishes in streams or lagoons, dirtying these crystalline aquatic environments.
✔ National Parks: Bathing in the lagoon is prohibited for preservation reasons.
✔ Do not use drones. Its use disturbs birds and other animal species.
✔ Do not bring dogs. They can attack wildlife, compete for food, scare away wildlife with their bark and smell, and transmit diseases.

Cancellation policy:
✔ Refunds will only be with credit notes to be used at the shelter, within a period of 6 months.
✔ Cancellations 3 days or more in advance: the credit note is maintained for 100% of the reservation amount.
✔ Cancellations made 2 days in advance: the credit note is maintained for 60% of the reservation amount.
✔ Cancellations made 1 day in advance: the credit note is maintained for 30% of the reservation amount.
✔ Cancellations on the same day: There are no refunds.
✔ Validity of the credit note up to 6 months after payment is made. (This means a valid credit note for the service paid).
✔ The credit note is NOT transferable.
✔ In case of trail closure by the Nahuel Huapi National Park: 100% of the service is recognized to reschedule for a period of up to 1 year.
